Erin Jaskot

 
Erin Jaskot is the founder and head coach of Manhattan Track Club, where she leads athletes of all levels with a passion for performance and community. She is also the Assistant Director of Track & Field at The Armory and Assistant Meet Director for Nike Indoor and Outdoor Nationals. An RRCA-certified running coach with over seven years of experience, Erin helped guide Tatnall School in Wilmington, Delaware to 10 state titles and a 9th-place finish at Nike Cross Nationals. A New York State Champion and All-American in high school, she went on to compete for Villanova University, earning a BA in Communication and Psychology, and later ran for Mount Saint Mary’s University while completing her MBA.

James chung, dpt

Dr. James Chung is a Columbia University-trained Sports Physical Therapist with a background as a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach and competitive Olympic Weightlifter. He specializes in the management of bone stress injuries in runners using a comprehensive approach that emphasizes the strength training into race preparation. James blends clinical expertise with performance-based strategies to help runners train sustainably, reduce injury risk, and build long-term durability through their training cycles.
