functional release

Functional Range Release technique, or FR® Release is an advanced, and comprehensive system of musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. Unlike many manual therapy systems which are created based on trial and error and passed down over the years, FR® Release was created out of the most current scientific literature. It therefore represents a cohesive system of manual care using the best evidence, and most effective strategies currently available to assess, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal disorders, pain, and movement dysfunction.

Developed by world-renowned musculoskeletal, and human movement expert Dr. Andreo Spina, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), is a system of joint health, and mobility training based in scientific principals and research. Mobility refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses across a particular articulation (joint). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion. It is designed to be a group class that promotes articular health, improve mobility and refine movement necessary for the demands of life and sport.

A highy effective intervention, spinal manipulation which is often accompanied by an audible joint sound and pain relief. Increasing range of motion, desensitizing nerves or tissue, restoring blood flow, reducing muscle tension, and, like more active exercise, promote the release of endorphins as natural painkillers are just a few benefits.

Following a sport-specific movement assessment, kinesiology tape is applied to improve athlete performance. Corrective exercise strategies for movement, mobility and stability dysfunctions will be integrated with taping protocols.

Founded by Pavel Tsatsouline in 1998 who popularized kettlebell training, StrongFirst has set the industry high bar. StrongFirst builds strength with several powerful tools such as kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight and one set of universal training principles. Methods are scientifically and empirically based and have a proven record for athletes of all levels.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization via tool is an effective method to identify and treat underlying soft tissue pathology playing the primary role in limiting mobility and function.

Popularized by professional athletes to reduce soreness and improve circulation, this patented system uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery.
