LUKE GREENBERG, CO-FOUNDER
Always thinking of the smartest way out of a problem, Luke strives to tackle questions that arise when achieving elite level performance. With a combination of meticulous manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and individually tailored exercise he gets the most out of athletes without any wasted effort. Luke has an interest in blending technology and sport and considering all aspects of what makes us tick. Luke sees eye to eye with young professionals that expect the most from themselves and know that pushing themselves as an athlete will also push them in their careers. While he considers himself most passionate about basketball, Luke has experience and enjoys working with any athlete with a serious need to compete including triathletes, crossfitters, NFL players, professional baseball, golfers and more.

With a history of tennis, Crossfit, triathlons, obstacle races, half-marathons and marathons, David is able to see through the same lens as his athletes and understands the urgency of getting back to a peak performance. He appreciates balancing work, life and sport which has shaped his philosophy and consequently his practice. With a manual and movement-based approach, David has successfully worked with athletes at all levels to improve performance and lifestyle. With a truly comprehensive and no-frills approach, he's committed to not just his athletes' personal record but also the longevity of their athletic career.

JULIE ANN AUERON, PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Julie Ann draws from her deep knowledge and personal yoga practice, former experience as a dancer and training in other sports to provide the best care possible. Through her integrative mind-body approach, every session is tailored to the individual in a safe and accessible way. Building a relationship based on trust, Julie Ann will foster positive growth, healing, and change while taking into account the many demands of the patient. She also strives to maintain a positive and realistic mindset in order to accomplish goals. Together, the patient and therapist make a TEAM and there can be no limit to what can be achieved. As a contributor to blogs such as Under Armour, My Fitness Pal, Map My Run, a teacher at Pure Yoga, guest lecturer at Yoga Vida, and author of an anatomy textbook, Julie Ann has experience in spreading her knowledge to a wide range of people. She believes that we can all explore our physical limits while connecting to the inner spirit.

Ross captained the Men's Varsity Soccer Team at Case Western Reserve University where he studied political science and sports medicine. His time spent in the training room as an athlete and a student sparked his interest in the fitness industry. From this experience, Ross has sought out education from some of the leading, most progressive organizations including NSCA, SFG, FRC, and USAW. Ross currently so works as a personal trainer in New York City.
