Zach's passion for coaching is fueled by a deep curiosity for movement. His early years as a weightlifter and lacrosse player led to his becoming a group personal trainer while studying biomechanics in college. After graduation he spent two years at Equinox while focusing on continuing education. He now operates Grovo fitness HQ where he runs the health program for the learning company's 125 employees. His programming focuses on FRC and Kinstretch mobility training with a backbone in good ol' fashioned strength and conditioning. This is reflected in his coaching philosophy that anyone can be an athlete, if they can move with control and confidence.
