SUNRISE TRAIL RUNS

Check out 4-6 miles of the Prospect Park trail system all before the city wakes up. Led by Ben Morrow.
Run will start at 6:30AM at the park entrance of Grand Army Plaza. No bag check will be provided for this run. Road running equivalent pace will be capped at 8:30/MI and trail running pace capped at 9:30/MI.
The trails include a mix of road and bridal path, as well as areas with rocks and roots. Both road and trail running shoes are appropriate for this terrain. Post-run coffee and hang at The Villager.
