INCLUDED IN YOUR TUNE-UP SESSION

 Tune-up sessions are designed for athletes experiencing aches and pains impacting their training, runners preparing for a race, or anyone who just completed a big competition looking to accelerate their recovery. 

Each tune-up session is designed to reduce tissue tension,  minimize the risk of injury, and accelerate recovery. 

You’ll be reaching your performance goals before you know it. 

HANDS-ON

Receive 45 minutes of hands-on soft tissue work from a certified Athletic Trainer to aid you in recovery and preparation.

INFORMATIVE

Learn about what’s causing tightness, achiness, or other limitations  and how to best optimize your performance throughout your session.

COMPREHENSIVE

Optionally add on a recovery session with the Normatec compression boots to enhance your tune-up.

How does a tune-up session differ from a massage?

Our expert athletic trainers tailor your tune-up sessions to the areas of your body that need extra attention before or after a run or competition. A regular massage doesn’t often have the principles of sports performance in mind, but a tune-up session does. 

Is a tune-up session the same as a physical therapy session?

No, a physical therapy session is geared toward injury recovery and prevention. A tune-up session is more general, deep tissue work to get you feeling ready for what’s next.
