Understanding Performance Testing

At MOTIVNY, performance testing is the cornerstone of our commitment to precision and results-driven fitness. 

Here’s what you can expect when you book a testing session with us: 

1. Confirmation and Guidelines: Upon booking, receive a confirmation email with preparation guidelines for your testing session. 


2. Arrival and Check-In: Upon check-in, your test specialist will introduce the equipment to you while asking questions about your history and goals. 


3. Testing Procedure: Your specialist will explain the process and conduct the necessary testing during your session. 


4. Results Discussion and Action Plan: Results will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the test, and your coach will reach out to discuss results and create a personalized action plan for you.

For those incorporating significant changes to their training routine, such as embarking on a new program or reaching a specific milestone, testing provides valuable insights to refine your approach.

How much does a session cost?

The cost of a testing session varies based on the type of testing service you choose and if you opt for a bundled package: 
  1. Test and Retest Package for RMR: $300 
  2. Single RMR test: $150 
  3. Test and Retest Package for VALD Force Decks: $550 
  4. Single VALD Force Decks test: $275 
  5. Test and Retest Package for V02 Max: $400 
  6. Single V02 Max Test: $200 
  7. V02 + RMR Testing Bundle: $300
