We’ll coordinate a session with one of our Physical Therapists based on availability and fit. If there is someone specific you’d like to work with then include that in the “details” section. You will connect via whatever platform is best for you (i.e. Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc) and you’ll be on your way.
Your therapist will take a subjective history, bring you through a thorough evaluation, and review your findings. You will then be prescribed a plan of care that is individualized and tailored to you. This plan will include an exercise program, utilizing the methods that we’ve found to be so effective with our in-person clients. It will also address your training and other lifestyle factors, as they are now more relevant than ever.
